We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as all sales are final except in the specific circumstances described below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size estimates. We strongly encourage buyers to review all photographs and condition descriptions, and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
EXCEPTION: ITEM SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED
We will accept a return only if the item you receive is significantly not as described — meaning there is a material discrepancy between the listing and what arrived. Examples include:
- A defect or damage not disclosed in the listing or photographs
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrives with structural damage caused during shipping
Subjective differences in color perception, minor wear consistent with the disclosed condition grade, and characteristics clearly visible in the listing photographs do not qualify as "not as described."
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every item we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. If an item you purchase from us is determined to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or a brand-authorized service), we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item and a copy of the authentication report. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the above policy:
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at hello@verel.co
- Include your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photographs
- Do not use, alter, or remove any tags or packaging from the item
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps. Returns not pre-approved by us will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

1. ABOUT THIS STORE
Verel is an independent luxury resale shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Goyard, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, or any other luxury brand whose products may appear in our inventory. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We operate as a private reseller of pre-owned and like-new condition luxury goods. All items listed are authentic and sourced by the owner of this shop.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. PRODUCT LISTINGS & DESCRIPTIONS
We take significant care to accurately represent each item through detailed photographs, written condition descriptions, and our Condition Grading system. However, please note:
- Colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor calibration.
- All measurements and descriptions are made in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
- We do not describe items as "brand new," "deadstock," or "unworn" unless those exact terms are explicitly stated in the listing. Condition grades are defined on our Authenticity & Condition page.
- Listing availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to remove items from sale at any time.
4. PRICING
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any payment methods offered through our checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to verify.
6. SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. All orders are shipped with tracking; you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
7. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photographs, text, and branding, is the property of Verel unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Verel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
