We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as all sales are final except in the specific circumstances described below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size estimates. We strongly encourage buyers to review all photographs and condition descriptions, and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
EXCEPTION: ITEM SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED
We will accept a return only if the item you receive is significantly not as described — meaning there is a material discrepancy between the listing and what arrived. Examples include:
- A defect or damage not disclosed in the listing or photographs
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrives with structural damage caused during shipping
Subjective differences in color perception, minor wear consistent with the disclosed condition grade, and characteristics clearly visible in the listing photographs do not qualify as "not as described."
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every item we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. If an item you purchase from us is determined to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or a brand-authorized service), we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item and a copy of the authentication report. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the above policy:
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]
- Include your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photographs
- Do not use, alter, or remove any tags or packaging from the item
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps. Returns not pre-approved by us will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in reporting to relevant authorities.
