RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Verel. Please read this policy carefully before buying.
BUYER’S REMORSE RETURNS
We accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind under the following conditions:
• You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition received
• All original packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included
• A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We strongly encourage you to review all photographs, condition descriptions, and reach out with questions before purchasing.
ITEM SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED
We accept returns at no restocking fee if the item received is materially different from its listing. This includes:
• A defect or damage not disclosed in the listing
• The wrong item was shipped
• Structural damage caused during shipping
The following do not qualify: subjective color differences, minor wear consistent with the disclosed condition grade, or characteristics clearly visible in listing photographs.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every item is guaranteed authentic. If a reputable third-party authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or a brand-authorized service) determines your item is inauthentic, we will issue a full refund upon return of the item and receipt of the authentication report.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email hello@verel.co within 3 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs
3. Do not use, alter, or remove any tags or packaging
4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Returns not pre-approved will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
For “not as described” or authenticity returns, we provide a prepaid return label. For buyer’s remorse returns, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
