What is the return policy?
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the above policy:
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at support@verel.co
- Include your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photographs
- Do not use, alter, or remove any tags or packaging from the item
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps. Returns not pre-approved by us will not be accepted.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of luxury resale,all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size estimates.
